Brainspotting with Relationships
"WHO" you look affects "HOW" you feel!
"BSP with Relationships" workshop will equip you with tools that will help your clients significantly improve their emotional regulation in the presence of people with whom they have serious relational issues.
These questions may help you understand what this training is for.
Do your clients:
· Deeply miss their loved ones who have passed away?
· Have an interest in communicating with their loved ones in the other world?
· Struggle with the death of their family member about whom they are unable to talk due to strong emotional reactions?
· Have attachment issues that negatively impact their relationships?
· Experience dread of seeing their co-worker, boss, relative, or friend out of proportion?
· Feel stuck in a certain relational situation or with unfinished relational businesses?
· Suffer from strong negative emotions, such as hatred, rage, and disgust, which they have toward somebody, and yet do not know what to do?
· Experience nightmares due to relational issues, such as the loss of loved ones or survival guilt?
· Struggle with the fear of encountering their abusers or perpetrators, even after processing their traumas?
· Freeze when they encounter someone who resembles their ex-partner?
If these situations resonate with you, then this training, ‘Brainspotting with Relationships’, is for both YOU and YOUR CLIENTS.
When we encounter another’s face, we encounter ourselves, our inner world, and our anxiety. A face-to-face encounter requires self-regulation.
Unique frames will be taught for relational issues with deceased or living grandparents, parents, spouse/partner, children, friends, co-workers, or even your deceased pets. This Specialty workshop is centered on relational issues. At the heart of what often brings people to Brainspotting sessions are relationship problems, such as conflict, guilt, grief/loss (including pet loss), forgiveness, trust, attachment, boundary issues, and any unfinished business.
This two-day workshop will equip you with three innovative ways to set up the frame which will significantly boost your confidence in addressing relational issues.
As a result of this workshop, you will be able to enhance your clients’ capacity to acknowledge their reality, rapidly heal their relational wounds, and view their relational situations with a fresh perspective with increased freedom. I am eager to share with you the novel approaches that have enabled profound healing and resolution for my clients.
